Žito Group completes acquisition of Zvijezda and Zvijezda Slovenia from Fortenova Group.

The companies signed a share transfer agreement on 13 May after receiving approval from all relevant competition authorities. The agreed purchase sum of €94.06 million may be subject to additional adjustments.
