Morrisons says staff approve three-phase pay deal raising hourly rates for supermarket and manufacturing workers.

The pay deal received 91.87% support in a ballot of supermarket and manufacturing staff covered by its agreement with USDAW. The increases will be implemented in three phases between March and October 2026, with a one-off fixed payment of £25 to £175 for eligible hourly paid staff.
