Suntory-funded study reports hydrolyzed chicken extract improved subjective sleep quality in adults with poor baseline sleep
In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial, 52 adults with poor baseline sleep quality received 670mg of ProBeptigen or placebo daily for four weeks. Improvement in the subjective sleep quality component score was significantly greater in the ProBeptigen group compared to placebo (p = 0.006).
