Walter Rau Lebensmittelwerke to launch Eleplant Streichzart plant-based butter alternative in German retail

Eleplant Streichzart will launch in the second quarter of 2026 in a 225 g tub targeting consumers seeking a plant-based butter alternative that is directly spreadable from the refrigerator. The product is based on a patented recipe made from shea, coconut fat, rapeseed oil and gluten-free oat drink and is free from palm oil, milk, lactose, gluten and preservatives.
