Arla Foods acquires Australian cottage cheese producer Brancourts
The deal will be executed through Arla Foods’ joint venture with Australian family-owned Mayers Fine Food, Arla Foods Mayer Australia. Arla said the acquisition will expand local production capacity and strengthen its branded presence in the market.
