Arla Foods agrees to acquire Australian cottage cheese maker Brancourts.
The deal will be executed through Arla Foods’ joint venture with Mayers Fine Food, Arla Foods Mayer Australia. The acquisition is expected to come into effect within a few weeks, and no financial details were disclosed.
