Coles and Brownes Foods Operations fined $39,600 each by ACCC for Dairy Code breaches

Coles and Brownes Foods Operations have each been fined $39,600 after breaches of the Dairy Code of Conduct. The ACCC said the breaches related to milk supply agreements that forced suppliers to provide milk exclusively to Coles and failed to properly set out minimum prices.
