Project Eaden to launch two LEKKA plant-based salami variants in 2,000 REWE stores in Germany.

From June 1, 2026, LEKKA Salami Classico and LEKKA Salami al Pepe will be available in around 2,000 REWE stores across Germany. The products are based on the company’s patented fiber technology, which processes plant proteins from peas and wheat into a meat-like structure.
