BrewDog founder James Watt announces launch of new beer brand Second Best.

Watt said he would give away shares in the new business to retail investors wiped out by BrewDog’s pre-pack sale to Tilray Brands earlier this year. He plans to allocate up to 19.3% of Second Best to former Equity Punk investors.
