Ardagh Glass Packaging appoints Alexander Kuzan as Europe CEO and announces management restructuring.

Alexander Kuzan has been appointed chief executive officer of the company’s European division, and Timur Colak was named chief commercial officer while continuing as chief transformation officer. With CEO Mike Dick retiring at the end of May 2026, regional division CEOs will report directly to Executive Chairman Mark Porto.
