Pick n Pay reports annual profit before tax as Boxer boosts performance.
The retailer reported profit before tax and capital items of 360 million rand for the 52 weeks ended 1 March, compared with a loss of 237 million rand in the prior period. The improvement was driven by a 681 million rand positive swing in net funding interest and a 9.6% rise in Boxer’s turnover.
