ADM launches eight soy and pea protein ingredients in North America and Europe.

ADM is expanding its ingredient portfolio with eight plant-based protein products made from soy and pea, targeting food manufacturers in North America and Europe. The new range includes soy protein isolates, soy protein concentrates and pea flour for applications such as plant-based meat and dairy alternatives, beverages, bakery products and snacks.
