Mars announces €219 million investment in historic Slough chocolate factory in the UK.

The £190 million investment will fund machinery upgrades, cooling systems and energy-efficient utilities, alongside integrating AI-driven supply chain data and workforce upskilling. The Slough factory was the birthplace of Mars Bars in 1932 and is now one of the company’s critical European hubs.
