Ingredion’s proposed $3.7 billion acquisition of Tate & Lyle has potential to create a $10 billion global ingredient company. ADM said it will invest $26 million to expand its Erlanger, Kentucky, facility, while Alzchem is building a new creatine plant and Microsalt reported a 280% rise in annual revenue.
