EU approves Arla Foods and DMK Group merger to create Europe’s largest dairy producer.

European Union regulators have given their official assent to the plan, which would result in the creation of the largest dairy producer in Europe. The merger is set to formally complete on June 1, 2026, with the combined organisation set to carry the name Arla.
