Texas federal judge denies Nutrabolt’s request to block former executives from working at Recess

Three former Nutrabolt executives will be able to keep their jobs at functional beverage brand Recess after a Texas federal judge rejected a request for an injunction from their former employer. They must not share or use confidential information in their new roles.
