University of Augsburg reports findings from NutriAIDE project on digital influences on eating habits

The “NutriAIDE” research project at the Center for Climate Resilience at the University of Augsburg has examined how delivery services, social media, and digital platforms shape the food choices of urban middle classes in India and Mexico. A key finding: 70% of respondents who perceived a change in their eating habits due to online delivery services have since been eating less healthily.
