Ocado and Asda enter partnership to deploy Ocado Smart Platform across Asda’s UK online operations from 2027.

Asda will use Ocado’s Smart Platform to replace and upgrade its existing online infrastructure across stores and dark stores from 2027. The agreement includes Ocado’s webshop, in-store fulfilment and last-mile planning software.
