HABITAT study reports many adults stop weekly fitness activities as they age
The HABITAT study tracked 10,997 adults in Australia aged 40 to 65 across three survey waves in 2007, 2009 and 2011. At baseline in 2007, 41.8% of participants reported no weekly activity participation.
