Your Period Now Has a Beverage Aisle

5h ago · 4 sources · distribution

The Cycle just went nationwide at Sprouts Farmers Market, bringing its four-flavor line of phase-based functional beverages into the mainstream aisle. Yes, mainstream. Not tucked into supplements. Not hiding in natural. Right next to the rest of the drinks.

The lineup covers Pre-Period Comfort, Period Comfort, Peri Comfort and Meno Comfort. Each 12oz can is built on a base of Himalayan Holy Fruit, also known as sea buckthorn, plus botanicals traditionally used in women’s wellness. They are non-sparkling, caffeine-free, and contain zero added sugar with no artificial colours, sweeteners, or preservatives.

Founder Anastasia Sartan, a former Snapchat product director based in Los Angeles, is positioning the brand around the idea that women move through hormonal phases, not a single monthly event. The product is designed to meet each chapter, from first period to menopause.

Why it matters: women’s health has been booming in supplements for years. Now it is showing up in ready-to-drink form, in the beverage aisle, at national scale. That signals confidence from retail and a belief that cycle support is not niche. If Sprouts can move volume here, expect more condition-specific beverages to follow. Hydration for your workout was step one. Hydration for your hormones might be next.
